Get Back on Your Path

 It's challenging to live day in and day out trying to follow the right path. When fear and anxiety get in the way it is so easy to lose yourself.



It's hard to get back on your path.


Be Mindful


It is easy to keep on plowing in the wrong direction that is familiar. Negative thinking and feelings of anxiousness, unsure, and fear can lead you down a dreary road.


 It's how we live!  


To break that chain of confusion is to live in the moment of mindfulness. 


There are all these steps to change. 


All these fundamentals to get us back on our path. The egoic mind is so clever it figures out how to slip into the back door of your thinking. 


The ego is waiting to pounce just wanted to be like a cat tracking a mouse. 



Believe




Throw your arms into the mix of God and become one with the universe. The solution to all your problems. 


All your problems will be solved. All of them. Some of them suddenly and some of them later. You will experience bliss. You will experience happiness, you will experience faith and trust that has never before been entrusted. 


Things will look clearer, crispier, brighter, and smoother sailing to the ocean blue of healing. 


What is one to do when the good feeling is lost? Grab the bottle, pipe, and burning paper. Sure after a sip, you will take a breath, after a inhale you exhale, after the steam you will feel the stillness. Are those the tools for your sanity and connection to infinity? 


Yes and No because it connects you and then just as swiftly... disconnects you. 


The feeling is gone so quickly that you unknowingly are back to where you started.


That flush of excitement and centeredness will have left you. You're back in the dullness, no colour, no energy, no nothing... It doesn't take long for one to figure out this isn't a shortcut to the good. It’s the elixir of the egos favourite potions of substitutions to the good life. 


But there are better substitutes! Not-so-dangerous substitutes, not-so-expensive substitutes. 


Substitutes that require very little effort on your part. Substitutes that are in the direct line of happiness. 




It's not just meditation because that's hard. 

It's bringing your mind to the place that gives you peace and lets you breathe


  • Staring...
  • Wondering...
  • Pondering...
  • Wishing...


Staring into a faraway world across the waters of time. 

Wondering what it is.

Pondering what's beyond.

Wishing it was better.


How are you? 

What are your feelings? 

Sad, disappointed, bored, frustrated, tired and angry. 


Stare at that feeling with your third eye until it's gone. 


Your mind is a planet that you make your own. If you don't want frustration then leave it out. If you don't want anger then leave it out. If you want peace bring it in. 

If you want happiness DO WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD!


When frustration is high. 

STOP 

Bless the positive 

Focus on something else. 

Breathe and breath will come. 



The challenge of trying to stay on the right path is gone.
